I jack off partially so I don't become autistically angry at every single little thing. Not a lot of good things happen for me so I always appreciate the little spot of respite. I can more easily function while going at it 1-3 times a week than I can doing it zero times a week. Every time I go more than a couple of weeks I get a real hair trigger. I don't like it.
