Maybe ubisoft. They make decisions in spite of their userbase, it's allegedly literally run by insane feminist women, and they reap the consequences of their missalignment with what players want and care about. I think they need a good and honest helping of humility.
I'd also say rockstar games, but really I suspect the people working there are just beholden to the higher ups and the higher ups have values mutually excluded from their games being as good as they could be, let alone good at all, and look not further than gta online.

A much lesser form of this is pretty common, and I would say is present in every company I've worked at. It is crazy how anti-consumer some of these people get.
Sometimes that's lefties that are repulsed by the idea of someone with a different ideology enjoying their game. Sometimes it's dev getting tired of (particularly) oldheads complaining about their new games and just being unable to deal with criticism. At worst you see some real David Jaffe, Adam Sessler types, who actually do just straight-up hate the people they're trying to make entertainment for.
