true. psycho patrol r feels really barebones. There are tons of features and mechanics that were seemingly created one day and completely forgotten about the next. There is so little content in the game it feels like a prealpha. Gameplay feels like a step down from cruelty squad, too; removal of implants makes the game super boring, and mech inclusion forces dev to basically hard separate gameplay into mech/regular chunks, and none of those concepts feels properly realized. There are some things to enjoy, writing is really funny, but if you're purchasing it for the asking price instead of pirating you're insane
