>sick of primate teammates in team based games
>try some fighting games instead
>almost everyone just throws or disconnects if you manage to get a combo going
Is there a online multiplayer genre than isnt completely cucked?

No, it's been this way for over a decade. I remember combat logging was endemic even in the DayZ mod and I just couldn't wrap my head around it. Why bother to play at all if you can't handle losing? Singleplayer and co-op games dwarf the competitive market, why not play those if you expect the end state to always be victory?

Does throwing / disconnecting deprive you of a win or something? Back when starcraft / broodwar was still competitive, it was good manners to quit when you were obviously going to lose.
You want people to waste your time or something?

Quitting early in SC could save someone the entire length of of FG match, quitting early because you got combo'd is bitch made pussy shit that saves you 45 seconds of having to see your opponents name on screen. It's literally the opposite scenario

why even bother putting all those units in the game if your opponent quits before you get to use them? That's bad game design to me, no wonder RTS games are dead.
