my CPU usually sits around 60c during gaming, 75c if its pretty intense.
yesterday while doing an endgame boss in poe, it went up to 79c due to shader compilation.
should be fine.

2. Close all windows around 9:30 AM when the outside air starts being near +20 C
3. Game to around 12
4. Shut off computer and go outside for an hour or so
5. Come back and Game

With this system My apartment stays at an acceptable temperature, only getting war around 8 pm and then outside has cooled so you can open all the windows again.

It's usually been 20-30c here without break or aircon. The summer so far had been 10-20c where I've actually had to turn my fan off because it got too cold. Weird feeling

That entirely depends on a lot of factors, but yes. Modern GPUs don't really start to throttle back until around 85C I think? I play lots of game where my GPU will stay around 80C for hours because my case is dogshit.

- Window units exist, they were pretty much the standard until 30 years ago.
- You can knock a hole in the wall for a window unit too (but why?)
- Window units are LOUD as the compressor is inside with you (not as loud as portable units though)

Window units you can legally put in yourself.
Split systems in most places (and i'd 300% expect this in bong) need a licensed technician to install as the gases are CFCs.

Split systems are the best, keeps the compressor (ie. the noise) outside.

If you're only renting, you can get portable units, they're the worst but work better than nothing. The compressor is fully inside with you and you have a vent kit to a window so hot air can be vented back out (but they're rarely insulted well, so they leak the heat back into your room anyway)

Not at all applicable to blighty, but you can also get evaporative air conditioners that use loads less power (only moving parts are a big fan), but they only work in dry climates.

My computer is full of very expensive parts but it never gets hot even in summer. I just set my power profile to powersaver and my gpu to only use the lowest clocks through LACT. Also check your bios so much of my msi motherboard defaults to using crazy voltages, even my ram wanted crazy voltage and was hot to the touch. Now my fans never ramp up even playing skate 3 at 4k 120fps. I only enable the power sucking features if a game really struggles but thats surprisingly rare
