What's so weird about this? Here you pay for every additional attempt. Shit's pretty expensive. People tend to fail their tests pretty often because they know they'll pay for additional attempts anyway. Hell, they'll even goad you into failing. I remember for my test, some girl was driving first. She came into a particular situation, asked the examiner what to do because doing a certain maneuver would be technically illegal, he told her to just do it and once the test was finished he just went "HA HA YOU DID THE TECHNICALLY ILLEGAL MANEUVER YOU FAIL"
