Not OP but my PC is usually fairly above the minimum requirements, and I will usually struggle to run modern games at a reasonable frame rate.
I'm sorry, but 60FPS with dips just isn't it anymore, you need to start optimizing your shit games that barely look like an improvement on what came before.
