That's not what I'm saying. The bullets can land completely outside of the reticle bloom so you can have a target completely inside of the cross and still miss.

I understand this complaint but I also just used the pistol with laser sight for the entire playthrough which makes it 100% accurate & a shotgun where it doesnt matter & a sniper that is 100% accurate through ADS
