Dizziness to the extreme,esentially feels like you are dying,muscles are painful sometimes extremely, at my worst I couldnt even do cardio because of my weakness and dizziness ,esentially every minute is living hell

Tried every suplement,every diet
Some things MAKE ME EVEN WORSE wont go into detail but basically what works is via meals and supplementatio I megadose
calcium(sups and meals) and phosphorus(meals) every 3 hours.
I also take vitamin D which are the 3 things that helps from the thousands of things I ve tried iron,zinc,magnesium,every kind of diet high in vegetables(the worst), all carnivore(less worse),etc
The nails of my big toe of my feets fucking fall off and grow again
Im weak Im suffering I cant think Im dizzy constantly I feel like Im dying and the doctor doesnt give a fuck I ve been refered to another specialist but I dont know the name in english.

VitD will never make you feel sick but at extreme doses it can cause certain problems.

From my experience i have deficient in vitD and toxic(slightly over range)
And in my fucked up case slight toxicity makes me feel better than deficiency and even normal range which is unexplained.
