How do I present my notoriously deviantlyySubculturarial outstanding project to employers like FROM SOFTWARE, Pearl Abyss, Square Enix, Bandai Namco, Blizzard, SEGA and more respected companies?

>ask to join a playtester then after some years climb the ladder.
>your best shot is to start at the lowest entry level junior positions, then gain experience and build a resume.

I guess those options are hard for me really, cause I am in Russia now and getting hired as a junior and get a visa is berry hard. Even though I have been living in Japan legally for more than 7 years on student visa I still could not get a permanent residency or citezenship because they require at least 2 years on work or mariiage visa and so on even though I am culturally Japanese and full-time sigme idol those options are way too fragile for me cause I worked so hard and smart on my resume and portfolio on many years and still working yayly I did not even pass to the interview stage in a fwe Japanese companies probably fue to my unique cute and kind, funny subculturarial UNIQUE personality. Let that sink in.
