How do I find fellow white guys to develop games with? I tried some courses at my local college and it was all troons. Also the curriculum was just a bunch of fucking essay-writing lol wtf??
I already know how to code. I know Adobe Suite enough that I can make basic logos/art/UI. I DONT know 3d modeling, audio engineering, etc. etc.
Also I'm still only one coder. I can only do so much.

You can't anymore. I studied game dev right as GamerGate had happened, in a non-US country back in 2015. It was full of cucks and white-knights but no troons and only 2 women. Everyone were definitely incel types, but they were the sort of beta-cucks that have been everywhere on the indie scene leading up to the tranny era of vidyas.

Since then government has started a "quota system" for schools that means everything has to be DEI compliant. There has to be at least as many women as men, and trannies are fine too. So I'm sure there's nothing but mentally ill people left there now, and I gave up trying to land jobs in game-dev, especially seeing as IO Interactive is ran by muslims now, like everything else here in the nordics due to open border policies from EU.

Your only hope is to get good AI tools and make something on your own. Personally, I just started modding Mass Effect, and my aim is to make more story-driven content than the Tranny-shit you see elsewhere. The new changes to NexusMods could be a god-send for people like me.

this doesn't replace anything except voice acting for the most part. and it only marginally helps with concepting (you still need human-made reference sheets).

Diversity initiatives have existed in various forms since before "affirmative action" was even a thing, and they will continue to exist even after the new terms like "DEI" are gone. Even if you killed all diversity initiatives today, the damage is done and it would take literal generations to remove all the non-Whites and women that who have been boosted into positions of undeserved power, and who now wield that power with extreme in-group preference. In other words, you can kill DEI, but if shaniqua is still in a position where she can hire people then the problem is far from over.
