Just shut them all the way down, axe Forza Motorsport, keep handful of actual talented people from there and move them to Playground games, keep Forza Horizon, and they're good.

never played motorsport but i was never a big fan of horizon, theres no sense of progression. you would play for like 30 minutes and all of a sudden you have like 20 super cars at your disposal.

Unless Forza Motorsport is "main forza" than no. Horizon is fine and so is Playground games. Turn 10 were the main leaders for the Forza Motorsport franchise. Turn 10 deserves worse than being cut 50%.

And Horizon will get endless reskins with the same vehicles slowly trickled out FOMO-style, with the VERY rare actual new car to the series being added in between (usually with some errors, or it'll be some lame Chinese car or generic EV hypercar).
I give it one, maybe two games more at most, and unless they revamp the (nonexistent) gameplay loop I don't see people hanging on nearly as long.
I don't feel any sympathy for the Forza Motorsport series since Forza 4 was the last one that was actually good, and IMO one of the best simcade racing games ever made that rivals the best Gran Turismo title (4 IMO). That was like ~15 years ago at this point however.
