Will you be buying our guy's game? Will you be extra nice to him? You wouldn't let him and his leprechaun wench starve would you?
only if I'm not forced to play with the horrible mobile-tier art in PC mode
>>714308054 (OP)Looks like a mix of Minesweeper and Picross. Personally, I'm not interested, but it does look conceptually interesting, so I'm certain that there will be buyers. I wish that Anon luck.
>>714308469>Looks like a mix of Minesweeper and PicrossAnd also Bomberman, forgot to add.
>>714308736This doesn't change my opinion.
>>714308831it would if you were here when people would post shill threads for him 20 times a day.
>>714308054 (OP)I'll buy it if it's $20 or less yeah, and only because I want to support his work. I assume most people won't touch such a simple-looking game unless it's under $10.
>>714309012Are you saying that he hired people to shill his game? I find it unlikely that someone would do this. The the potential revenue from the extra sales probably wouldn't cover the shill salary.
>>714309120I seriously doubt it'll be more than 10-12 bucks, 15 max. I'll buy it to support him either way but that'd be a crazy misstep
>>714308054 (OP)Yes. Under $20 and I will buy three copies. Otherwise, probably one.
Can't wait to load the gba file onto my DS and play it in bed while listening to the obligatory last night post-release celebration stream :)
So it's pretty much Dungeons & Diagrams and Minesweeper? That's kinda neat, I like both of those.
Maybe I am a massive brainlet, but is D&D always solvable without any guessing? I feel like sometimes I just have to make assumptions in order to place some walls down early on.
I know Minesweeper will sometimes boil down to 50/50s with absolutely no way of knowing if the final move will win or lose the game.
My understanding is that this game seeks to avoid those situations completely?
>>714310484Yes, it seems more like Picross than minesweeper. The description seems to imply there is zero guessing involved, though that's always expected in these sorts of games
>>714310484The three rules I've worked out from the trailer is that the numbers on the sides tell you how many walls are in each row, the numbers on the bombs tell you how many monsters they need to kill, and the blue guys need to be unharmed
its like someone went out of their way to make the most boring sounding game possible
