They did, yes. Also Bethesda couldn't even talk about Starfield's DLC because of the VA writer strike and didn't tell anyone about it since they were worried it might upset the strikers. Bethesda is finished, but I'm still glad I got Starfield out of it before hand. I actually do like the game.
