The guy has been with Xbox since its inception and has carried every cancerous decision they ever made. I mean he was visibly confused during the Xbone event wondering why people weren't getting excited.
Then he took over and for more than a decade he has been hard at work destroying Xbox.

I agree honestly. The first few years, yeah fine, since he was at least visually damage controlling Mattrick, but he's been the head of the Xbox division now for over a decade. How does he still get away with it?

Because it's Mattrick's fault. The most Phil really did was, well, nothing. He did some small things like pushing for the Xbox ecosystem and some pro-consumer things like increased focus on backwards compatibility, but he hasn't done anything that actively hurt the brand like Mattrick did. Phil's a wet fart while Mattrick was actually shitting your pants and demanding people come in to give you a big ol' hug.

Mattrick is much better. The XBone launched with games and the Series didn't. Gamepass and the acuisitions were retarded ideas that killed the company.

Really, what is the argument against Mattrick? DRM and pack-in Kinect that got remedied easily? That's nothing compared to Phil gutting every valuable studio, wasting billions on doomed acquisitions and the retarded gamepass idea.
