For me it's Daggerfall, but I'm planning on giving Fallout 4 a try so that could change. I didn't care for Fallout 3 though so I don't really expect F4 to suddenly be so much better that it becomes my second favorite, but there's always the possibility.

Skyrim w/Requiem installed > modded Morrowind.

Either Fallout 3 or Starfield. Those ones are proper RPGs with player choices and different paths you can take. I would say Starfield is actually better than Fallout 3 in that regard. Only Morrowind has more RPG elements.

Also, New Vegas would be a good game if it actually worked. It's the jankiest, ugliest POS that crashes and glitches out no matter how many fan made patches I try out.
