For some reason it (and the two bikes there) have way higher road speed than the rest of its weight class.
Karts have three hidden speed stats, road, terrain, and water, that average to the speed stat shown in game. Obviously road is the most common. I have no idea why they thought this was a good idea

I switched between Pro Racer Peach and Pro Racer Rosalina on the Mach Rocket. This was before Nintendo killed their game with their shitty update, I haven't played since.
