i've played like 20 hours of age of wonders 4 now and i still don't feel like i have a fucking clue what i'm doing or supposed to be doing. is there a point i'm missing or something? i'm like 1-3 on the board for all victory conditions and have 2-3 cities by turn 20-30 but i never feel like anything is actually getting anywhere or it's ever going to click. it's not mentioned on any vg thread which seems like a bad sign that it's shit or something and i'm just an idiot playing a dead game nobody likes. literally only got it for the customization options but my shitputer has an instant graphics error and crash if i raise it above runescape-tier qualities so it was pointless anyways cause it looks like shit
