>>714355342 (OP)its good but its front loaded and you can tell pretty early actually. I thought arthur would be a constant companion commenting on whats going on but it dies out kinda quick. Granted im not done the game and it maybe picks up more but it already feels like it was a cool idea that they didnt expand on enough. also weird stuff like you can dig up treasure, ok so what? its like you find a treasure chest that is partially buried and instead of a key you need to keep a shovel in your inventory at all times to open them when you find them? It doesnt really add anything to the game, the diggable loot isnt super hidden or anything it just forces you to set aside a few weight points for a shovel, theres no decision making involved where you would say "yeah i just wont bring a shovel when i go outside" really. Its another "cool idea" that in the end wasnt really justified.
The game has a few things like that, which overall is not a terrible thing, its like wild west game design where they try a bunch of things to se what sticks and keep in the things that didnt stick. Its still better than the
>"perfection is when we take out as many fun things as possible, lol" game design philosophy as some companies.
