i dont care if i sound like an advertiser but at $11/mo it feels borderline like stealing. i have no idea how this shit is profitable for them.

as far as i've heard, it isn't. they're using it as a loss leader to get people to the Xbox platform, but it hasn't proven to be effective yet.
