First, no you're not done with PlayStation. Second, this is the dumbest shit I keep seeing and reading. Being multiplat after being exclusive doesn't make the game any less good. Plus Helldivers 2 was exclusive for a year. Finally, because of the type of hardware both Xbox and PlayStation have, there is no reason why this game couldn't be on both consoles in the first place since it's not using any features that would require exclusivity outside of contractual obligation. How about let Sony make some money so you can keep going on social media sucking the dick of PlayStation until they explode in your mouth?

Why are Sony using nixxes to make the helldivers 2 xbox port then? They used a 1st party studio to port their 1st party IP to rival platform when they could've asked the 3rd party devs who made the game to do it. The writing is on the wall, everything from playstation will be on xbox soon. Nixxes are doing the heavy lifting. Competition between sellers is good for the consumer. No game is improved by being released for every platform. But if it's an exclusive then the publishers might want to do something extra.
I think it's a shame that Nintendo are the only ones continuing the trend. Every time new consoles were released they were fighting for the attention and money of the people, which didn't always result in great games but at least they tried various things to entice people. Who honestly gives a fuck about the next PS or MS console? Why pick one over the other if they share 98% of their game catalogue? There's a real loss of identity from these consoles, they all do the same shit now.

Such bizzare child like behaviour. Why do people care about any of these companies? I have a PS5 and Switch and a Series S and a PC and I don't care about Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo. I just care about individual games. Its just bizzare to me how people get attached to companies and defend them or whatever.

That's an interesting perspective that I hadn't really thought of, though I think it can cut both ways. Once people commit to an ecosystem they may get taken for granted. I think we're seeing that a bit with Nintendo pushing the envelop on some things. While the competition may result in some better or more unique games to get new customers on the platform, those same customers may allow themselves to be exploited due a sense of sunk costs.
