Since Nintendo made it clear the intermissions are a core part of the game they're probably not going to do DLC tracks unless they're able to integrate them into the giant open world map or mix them into a separate map entirely.

sunshine airport and toad harbor, I think those would be fun and easy to bring over without anti-grav
I haven't played much super circuit but broken pier for a more traditional boardwalk ghost stage and rainbow road would be cool

I think both games should each get their own DLC island added to the map, with a 4-cup race for each plus 2 battle maps.

It depends. Airship Fortress is basically the exact same but with some rails. Koopa Beach 2 doesn't even have rails. Peach Beach meanwhile is effectively a new course, and for the worse imo. Dino Dino Jungle's somewhere in the middle.

They could easily give us classic Peach Beach as an extra VS course since the original layout is already there. I do find it funny that the second version Peach Beach in the game ISN'T the original layout, it's JUST the new castle section.
