What skills am I supposed to pick
>>714448357 (OP)None. You didn't seriously think jabbing lost & found space goop into your brain was a good idea, did you?
>>714448357 (OP)anything except for slowmo because it trivializes the game.
In my current playthrough I've eschewed all mimic powers and have had a frustrating experience as a result. It's probably better to take all the mimic powers you can get, even if it means the turrets shoot at you. Just become a superpowered mutie.

I don't like the part where action RPGs have you pick between combat and "key" abilities, as if you aren't going to clown on the AI if the push comes to shove. So you get all the navigation abilities 1/3 of the way through, and all the clever progress opportunities don't matter, because the first one you see is wide open.
Deus Ex nailed it off the bat, with skills drastically changing your efficiency with related weapon/tool, and augs being mutually exclusive (although the balance was trash).
>>714448357 (OP)just get all the human stuff in the order that interests you. there's enough for all of it and there's literally nowhere in the game where alien skills are more effective than a shotgun to the face.
