Funnily enough, the writer for the gnome quest also did the main storyline for bloodlines and it doesn't have any egregious reveals of his power level, so it is a bit bizarre. He couldn't find any writing jobs after troika closed down, though, so maybe he did get blacklisted for this
I also recall that one quest with a half-orc labour union guy holding a warehouse hostage and demanding better working rights. If you help him and kill the guards outside the warehouse, the ending slides paint him as a steadily increasing champion of worker rights against the tyranny of gnome owners and the ending slide is an actual nazi era poster with the ubermensch changed to a half-orc and the swastika changed to a hammer or something similar
