are there any games where I can play as an evil wizard/sorcerer? Playing Elder Scrolls games just isnt enough anymore. I´m open to any genre I guess

Both Pathfinder games are your best bet, especially WOTR with a demon or lich path. Demon is probably the strongest caster in the game, you can oneshot bosses with instakill spells, lich just has a fantastic power fantasy. In the Kingmaker you can be an evil baron who has a bound lich as his advisor.

Rogue trader, go with Unsanctioned Psyker and you can rule over entire planets while you flex your magic powers
