It's probably not hard if you want to do it but it'll be super boring and shit.

No trophy for beating invisible enemy mode but there is one for picking up every single item ever so good luck with that one.

As a temporary world record speed run holder I don't have the platinum because it's boring, is what I'm saying.

Not particularly hard, but it requires some determination.
The game is awesome, though.

Yeah, but for me it wasn't the enemies or the combat, it was the little shit, like the map not updating itself when you've 100% a particular room. So I've lost so many items along the way, because unlike in REmake, I had no clue if the room I am in is cleared or not.

Really easy. It requires beating the game five or six times but it's a really short game when you know where you're going, easy to learn too. The combat is more binary in the old school games, just a matter of do you want to shoot? Yes or no? Not really much to aiming or dodging, it's more about decision making.

I haven't played Code Veronica outside of first 5 minutes on the emulator.
I am waiting for the PC release that'll never happen.

you have to watch a youtube playthrough to find the optimal way to complete the game under the required time limit.

IMO, on normal REmake is easier, but on hard diff Zero is definitely harder than REmake.

I remember when I tried replaying the GC version, it always had the "One Dangerous Zombie" mode activated on New Game+. Does the PC version fix it so you can choose when to play that mode?

I hated having to deal with an invincible enemy when I just wanted to play around with bonus weapons.

For me, the hardest part of REmake is the nitroglycerin part. Because I have to remember to switch from analog stick to D-Pad so that I won't start running by accident. And then when I think I've already dealt with all the CMs/bugs there is ALWAYS one more.

Yup, Piss5 toddler spotted.

Also, that's the REmake 2002, not RE1.
Do not ruin the experience, start with the 1996 original RE1.

I literally don't get ADHD secondaries who don't exclusively use D-Pad to control classic survival horror games.

USE THE FUCKING D-PAD.

Nah, I have an Xbox controller. It's a great controller, but the D-pad in it really fucking sucks. Which is a pain when I want to play Tomb Raider remasters for instance.
