I thought it looked somewhat interesting when I first saw the trailer, but honestly it's fairly obvious looking back that the footage in the trailer was a very staged proof of concept and basically nothing else. If the game did release, it might have looked nothing like that.

No AAAA game will be made in a reasonable amounts of time unless it's R* making that game. Even single AAA game takes 5-6 years to make because 4 years of that development is spent on ''focus groups'', ''stress tests'', ''cultural sensitivity testing'' etc. The moment you want to add a feature to a game there has to be a meeting and debates which can last for weeks to months, now this is for AAA, imagine the AAAA with double the amounts of workers and budget. Games take so long to make because of gay ass corporate hierarchies.
