it's not about the buff. finding all of them means you actually played the game because all of them are in prominent locations you go to when you play the game. and when you find them all to make barenziah's crown whole once again you can just keep it as a memento of your adventures instead of giving it to the thieves guild who are once again so retarded they get betrayed.
