Finished my exploration in CotW for today and didn't expect this to see here lol!
But yeah, can confirm, very good Metroidvania. Also get Bloodstained RotN and both of its smaller side games (Curse of the Moon 1+2) if you haven't already. CotW also has a (little bit hidden) boss from Bloodstained.
My only critique is: This game has some...weird instant death mechanics, but usually they warn you in the game lore before this happens, so you have to read and remember...what Metroidvania fans always should do though.
Lastly: Bloodstained 2 got announced recently, 2026 will be awesome for Metroidvania!

I admit that Bloodless being in this game makes for a very fitting and satisfying secret boss fight.
