Mario Kart World DLC is on its way, and the first wave will be shown in a Nintendo Direct coming this September.

>strongly Zelda themed (specifically BotW/TotK) with Link returning as a playable racer, and with Zelda, a Korok, and a Bokoblin in tow (latter two are Kamek unlockables). The Master Cycles are returning as well
>Dry Bowser is also coming back, and Ant Trooper and Octoomba are both newcomers (and Kamek unlockables)
>new costumes: all are Zelda themed with Link and Zelda each getting a few. Link is shown wearing the Archaic set, the Snowquill set, Zora armor, and the Royal Guard set while Zelda gets a Zonai dress, Gerudo Vai clothes, climbing gear, and the Charged set. More are teased, but not shown
>Mario character outfits include Farmer Mario (looks like Talon), Tingle Luigi, Great Fairy Peach, Gerudo Pauline, Moblin DK, Deku Baba Piranha Plant, Octorok Birdo, Carpenter Pianta (themed after Mutoh), Evil King Cow (Ganon themed), and Yiga Wario and Waluigi. More are teased but not shown
>2 new Grand Prix cups (Triforce Cup and Carrot Cup) and 2 new Knockout Tour rallies (Rupee Rally and Drill Rally) set on a new continent. West side is Zelda themed, East side is traditional Mario fare
>New Courses: Hyrule Circuit, Death Mountain, Lake Hylia, Gerudo Raceway (Triforce Cup)/Anthill Canyon, Yoshi Falls, Mushroom Bridge, Area 64 (Carrot Cup)
