The Nintendo Switch 1 came out in 2017, the Switch 2 came out this year, 2025.

Eight years have passed, and the video game industry has changed a lot since then.
The industry is no longer about creating more powerful consoles to sell better games, but rather about keeping the same console alive for decades.
