Any sort of time-intensive but brainless craft (knitting, origami, etc) since you end up with things to either use, give as gifts, or sell
If you enjoy being outdoors, photography can be fun. Going someplace interesting, looking around, finding a good shot, touching up afterwards. If you want some sort of social reward but don't want to do social media, look up parks, rivers, and bridges in your area on wikipedia that don't have any photos. I took some mildly not-shit photos at some local reservoirs a decade ago and they're all still up on the articles since no one else cared enough to take better ones.
If you want to improve yourself, hiking and mild workouts are nice. Gym stuff is its own thing but just walking around your neighborhood once a day and saying hi to your neighbors can be relaxing and healthy. You'd be surprised how nice some random people can be. There's an old dude two blocks from me who just sits on his porch all morning listening to jimmy buffet style shit and I always have fun chatting about random goings-on or complaining about zoomers with him. He also let me help him do some work on his old car even though I don't know shit about cars and it was fun and meant a lot to him to be "passing along" random skills (and not having to lift all the shit by himself). It's also nice to actually know your neighborhood.
If you want to get so bored and depressed you go back to gaming, start attending court and city council meetings. Planning committee meetings especially. You don't have to speak at public comment, jeans and a clean shirt are good enough, but it's interesting in a horribly boring way and will also remind you why staying inside and playing digital make-believe was so appealing. And good god, seeing some of the people who do go up for public comment will make you feel a hell of a lot better about your own life.
So actually all those suggestions were gay as fuck, just find better games to play
