Soejima at least designed the Fag Wonder but the character has an obvious look to him that's meant to appeal to chinks since even the bishiest of fujobait never looked that effeminate and lacking in testosterone. Jap fujos tend to like their homos a little manlier. Joker and Akechi certainly don't look that twinkish. The rest of the characters have a very Chinese look to their designs too. That "anime but just off enough to look odd" thing. Like a foreigner attempting anime style art.
