What's worse, a GPU that's been running 24/7 in a miner warehouse for 5 years but that's routinely cleaned and maintained or a GPU that's been neglected but has been used normally, maybe the occasional overclock/ fail overclock? Which would you buy? To me the answer seems fairly obvious

It can cause short circuit, some dv2000 laptop I was given because it didn't turn on had tons of dust and just cleaning and repasting made it work flawlessly for 10 more years.
