Customs might check the doll when it gets transferred from China to Sweden. But that will be under the name of the Swedish firm who put an order for the doll under their name. If they send the doll from Sweden to Germany, no one is opening the package anymore since we have no European borders.

Nope, not unless something goes really wrong. Inside the EU it's Schengen zone shipping, so once it clears customs in one EU country (like Sweden), it's just normal domestic shipping after that. The package will probably be labeled something generic too, like "synthetic mannequin" or some warehouse code. As long as you're not pulling anything blatantly illegal, they don't care.
