I've also thought about all the areas the game will have and how the player will progress through them, but I don't have anything too specific like level design plans nor specific puzzles nor anything like that. It's my first game so first of all I want to make sure that the core mechanics like combat or exploration are fun, without worrying too much about everything else, for now.
