Someone explain to me what the fuck the nikke devs are thinking. They released a heretic early into the game and people loved her design. Since then they showed multiple of them in the story and they've always been pretty popular, but somehow they haven't released on in 2 fucking years. What is their fucking problem? The player beat almost all of them in battle, some are open to talk to and have even cooperated with the player during missions, yet shit up refuses to release more heretics.

We've gotten 2 of them and beaten 2.5, Modernia, Nihilister, and Indivillia and she was moreso beaten by Crown's cheat power. Nihil was honestly given to early, she should have been after she was betrayed by Chatterbox and Indi. They are obviously waiting until it makes sense in the story before they let us pull more.
