The environmental hues are bleeding into her clothing. It's called "global illumination", the digital version of light bounce.

Nah it's green in-game. In the pre-rendered cutscenes it's actually blue and the difference is very noticeable.

The colors are different in game because they wanted everything to blend together. There are mods that turn it back to blue and to be fair it results in it looking out of place.

The biggest issue with the HD port (not just the PC version) is the colors-crushing filter they inject on top of everything, trying to make everything more "filmic" and mask the lazy Shoop'd backgrounds.

The nu-model's textures are even more blue than in OG.

Color is shit and tons of missing animations. Play GC if you're a fan of this game.
