There are actually two sex mods out right now, SnuSnuField and NAF Seduce, however only the latter supports gay sex since the author of SnuSnuField for some reason only allows for hetero pairings and doesn't answer people asking him for gay stuff. A bit of a shame if you actually are gay because SnuSnuField has the most amount of positions right now, and even has kissing and hugging animations.

There is nothing at stake at any point in the game, the starborn are at 'war' chasing macguffins for no reason other than to get more macguffins. The whole story is basically pointless.
