Why can't the switch 1 pro controller wake the switch 2 from sleep? There's no real reason it shouldn't be possible.

Would like pikmin 4 and mario & luigi brothership to get switch 2 upgrades. Just pump them up to 4k.

I was playing Astral Chain. I don't think it got any boosts, though.

I miss how the combat maps were integrated into the world instead of being teleported into the turn based dimension when you fight enemies
the free movement during combat is really cool I dont think i've ever played an xcom clone with something like that

Decided to finally pick up Pokemon Violet since it finally runs well on the switch 2. I also picked up Mario rabbids (the first one) and the digimon cyber sleuth collection because they were in sale. I’ve enjoyed Violet despite its glaring flaws, and Mario has been decent enough although it’s a little underwhelming considering the only other game in that same genre I’ve played is Xcom 2 (which I fucking love). Haven’t started digimon yet because I want to finish pokemon first, but I’m definitely excited to play it. The only digimon media I’ve ever consumed was Digimon Survive but I really really enjoyed that game.

Mario Kart World
Hovering around 8500 VR on worldwides. Hope to get better and make 9000 one day. I need to learn my weak tracks because when they get dice rolled I just get fucked because I put off learning them and don't know them. But when I get a track I know I'm usually good at it.

Want to replay Super Mario Odyssey before DK releases also. How does it look on the Switch 2? Are the graphix good? I use a 1440p monitor

Finally stopped dicking around in MKW's Free Roam and did my first Knockout Tour online. Got 2nd. Felt good, but I can see myself getting angry if I played for an extended period and got 'Mario Karted' often. Now I'm just trying to stay occupied until Bananza comes out.

Yeah that's the tradeoff - high accel helps you claw back from chaos but you fall behind on long straights without top speed. I’ve been experimenting with midweight characters and balanced builds, like Waluigi with Biddybuggy/Rollers. Still get Mario Kart’d but recovery is buttery smooth and I can usually squeeze a top 5. It’s those final laps where the real pain begins.

Been redoing my Risk of Rain 2 unlocks since i pirated on S1. Man that initial load time on switch 2 i nonexistent i love it. Online is also a different beast entirely with the added spawn rates.
