It's mediocre. If you enjoyed Fallout 4 you will like Fallout London.
The idea of British Fallout is neat until you actually play it and notice they've just swapped out anything American with British terminology or that the new factions are just as shallow as the vanilla ones.

On one hand, it's Fallout 4 without the godawful story and stupid fucks like the Railroad.
On the other hand, it's still Fallout 4 and now everything is british.
It's still an impressive mod in technical terms so I think it's still worth a try (unless you really hate british culture, or if you agree with Todd and believe Fallout without american culture isn't really Fallout).
