Could you catch God with a master ball?

If God is a pokemon, sure.

A regular master ball? No. But if God created a master ball it would be strong enough to capture God because God is omnipotent.

I wish Arceus remained unobtainable for the whole series. It would actually make the pokemon seem omnipotent and interesting. Instead gf did gay little events like they do with all their legendary pokemon.

Arceus is God in the world of Pokemon. The Arceus the player gets is confirmed to only be an avatar of him. Therefore we have no definitive proof if a Master Ball could work on the true entity.

You can't catch other Trainer's pokman's with a Master Ball without snagmachine
Using Pokeballs on unidentified ghosts also doesn't work.
Pokeballs can be very iffy in general, regardless of what variety they are.
