Definitely 4. If the game had come out in the state it ended in I think it’d be regarded as one of the best BFs. It astounds me how levelution was just left to rot.

I didnt like bf4. Everyone just played the terrible locker map which was even worse than canals. So many good maps on bf3. And the dlc maps were fun. I wish people played rush.

I thought the campaign in 4 was hilariously bad. It was cool how they let you just let the bomb go off at the end though. Wouldve preferred to sacrifice both the nigger and the w*man thoughbeit.

You cannot overstate how important map design is in a multiplayer shooter.... so.... I have to give it to 3.

I played 4 more because it had more weapons and customizations and gizmos to fuck around with, but 3 was the better experience if I will be honest. The best online fps shooter that ever was or will be: BF3.

The series peaked with the Aftermath DLC and it's the direction they should've taken things. If DICE weren't retarded, they would've kept the setting modern and never made 1 and 5. They would've dropped the player count to 24 vs 24, 20 vs 20 or even 16 vs 16 with some maps that resembled the Close Quarters DLC and stopped making boring, wide-open "vehicle" maps when it's the worst part of the game by far.

Nobody likes running hundreds of meters through barren land just to be killed by some fag with a helicopter/jet or a tank perched on a hill that is basically unkillable and then respawn in and have it happen again. You're basically promoting a campfest where people just flock to the center objective and never even try to capture anything else because they will just die without even being given a shot at a real engagement.

4 was just a copypaste of 3 but it was $120, had worse maps and Russia was renamed to China.

feel like BF3 has the better maps and better map variety. I also enjoy the fact that the game has a slightly bigger vehicle variety.

BF1 was better than 3 and 4.

I like how in BF3 there were maps with two opposing bases, and they'd have parked tanks and jeeps and jets, and I particularly liked running over to a jet, hopping in, and taking off on a run way to do do some dog fighting. It was like an RP experience. Not quite a mil-sim or anything like that, but just a very cool feeling. In BF4 you just spawn in the jet from a menu. Very lame.

They did this to Star Wars Battlfront as well. You spawn in the vehicle rather than it being on the map and you run over to it to pilot it. There is like a nuance to it, but I greatly prefer running to a vehicle to commandeer it rather than select it in a spawn menu. The feel of the game is so different.

I choose both, they both belong in the trash.
