How did /v/ learn to stop spending money on new games and just finish your own backlog? I got 108 games in my backlog and yet my brain keeps wanting to consume more and add to my library.
Meanwhile I know all the games on sale for this summer will be on sale later this year anyways. Why do I feel such an urge to spend now? I hate myself.

modern games are shit and I just want to play factorio for the rest of my life. I also learned how to do dosbox so I'm not paying for games anymore. Most abandonware is better than modern AAA gacha

Whatever. I already got 190 games in my backlog just on steam alone, not counting my switch. If I truly wanna play this game that's on sale, I'll just pirate it.
This was me debating on spending $80 for Kojimbo Stranding 2 or just using that same amount for a bunch of cheap steam games on sale.
I have come to the conclusion that I'm just not very good with money
