I think she's still one of the hardest in the main game and DLC. The final boss in the DLC is about her difficulty, based on my limited (failed) attempts at both of them.

Whew thank god. I just used azur comet during my mage run and stunlocked with R2 jumps during my str run, and used a combo freeze+bleed build during my dex run. Thankfully I didnt use summons so I beat the game.

The last couple main bosses in the DLC are arguably just as bad, if not worse.
Messmer was a pushover, but the rot priest scorpion bitch and the miquella / radahan fight are fucking awful.

her regain mechanic should've been time gated like player regain in Bloodborne, her sekiro multi parry should've also had sekiro multi riposte damage levels like in Sekiro, her fight wouldn't reach nearly such levels of niggery with these two changes
