if you tell the guard to keep her, and come back later, theyre both dead and she isnt there, implying she broke free and killed them both

Orcs are not people. Orcs are inherently evil and not subject to the same laws of morality as human. Mind controlling and fucking an orc is like taming and fucking an (evil) bear. Disgusting but no sane person cares about the bear.
