Does borderlands 1 count? Or is the sci fi too impeding. I like to go as Pistols Mordy and bring justice to the psychos. They did have a cowboy themed dlc in the later games too.

RDR 1 and 2 essentially made 100% of similar themed games obsolete.
Outlaws maybe if you want a pre Call of Juarez title that is actually good, but even that one is entirely obsolete now.
At most the Desperados series have a claim of existing besides RDR due to them being Commando like strategy games, but other than than? 100% of the genre you can pretty much forget since, especially RDR2, is the pinnacle of everything you could possibly want in that setting (minus fucking prostitutes)
