If anyone is struggling to find a job, look for a service advisor position and start out as express. I never went to college and I'm already on track to make 80k 3 months. No degree required. Just be able to work under pressure and have people skills and you'll do fine. You can easily clear 100k if you find a high volume dealer and you're not retarded.

I worked in the government for a few years dealing with very expensive contracts. Formally reprimanding someone for a screw up tends to throw a spotlight on it so they always, I mean ALWAYS try to bury it discreetly. I am not sure how private companies operate though.
