I don't know if you have gone outside in the last 10 years, but on a dry environment there isn't fog 20 meters in front of you (that tree is already at 50% opacity). I went hiking 2 days ago and shit was clean, here's a photo from another trip a couple of weeks ago. No fog, even on the mountains 5 kilometers away (my knees still hurt).

The game looks decent in 2 out of 4 locations, at like 3 out of 12 areas in 1 out of 3 weather states.
And even then, everything within this fog is blurred, some textures look like ass and other things looking blurred (tree foliage). The skybox is weak and despite all of this the game has one of the highest hardware demands while relying on upscaling and framegen
