>on a trip to korea
>bored so downloaded some local gachas to kill time during transit
>opens it
>942340324923 interfaces that does literally nothing
>454632423 currencies and materials that does literally nothing
>959234 grinding/character raising paths that requires thousands of hours of grinding
>gacha rate is abyssmal even compared to its peers, clearly squeezed to the edge of legality
>90% of the characters are premium 3 bajillion stars and the rest are shitters
>and the game actually fucking plays itself so the entire thing is just a glorified excel spreadsheet+endless grinding
>its like that for every single korean gacha, yes, even that limbus game people here hypes up about
how the hell do they actually enjoy this shit? It is essentially a second fucking job instead of an actual fun game to play.

At least Warcraft has actual fun parts.

This shit DRAINS the fun out of me like a vacuum.

Some of them could have been a proper game with standard RPG progression instead of grinding via daily chores and the infinite money squeezing out of whales.
The biggest annoyance is that appealing character designs are locked behind this shit.

You are so pathetic
You are actively admitting to desperately trying to get a Korean gf or hookup
I laugh at you from the bottom of my gut

It's a game, it's supposed to be fun. The fun must come from somewhere, in this case, it's (you) providing the fun(money) to the game publishers/shareholders.

Ruina is a better card game than most video and tabletop card games on the market.

Singleton was a mistake though. Too powerful aside from Gebura's cards, always needed WoTP.

Singleton as a concept isn't offensively bad design, if anything thats more of an issue in how there were not enough good card draw sources so this 1 catch all card could easily be sprinkled into any deck that wasn't already doubling down on a card as part of its strat.
If anything I think the inverse may have been more interesting, giving you benefits if you deck 3 of it. Really double down on the single-mindedness which fits the theme of the index fairly well

Multi-cards reminds me kinda like the sinner's passives when it comes to resonance. A weak card can become stronger if you have multiples, or if you have multiple in-hand (but only use one). I wish it had the production value of limbus.
